Dear Parents,

Our Christmas holidays have flown by and here we are in 2018 ready for another exciting year for the pupils of Preston. May I take this opportunity to wish you a happy and healthy new year. 

Clubs will start again next week. Below is a list of Term 3 and 4 clubs and times. All clubs are to be paid for in full to secure a place for your child.

Separate letter

 Letters will be available from the school office on Friday afternoon. I will inform the children in assembly so that they can bring the letters home.

Our new online payment is the preferred and easiest way to pay for clubs we will send you a link so that you can pay in this way. Please indicate this on the form below. 

Parking:

As a new year starts, I write again to remind you of parking at both drop off and pick up times. Please park safely and that includes not parking on the zigzag lines outside the school. Stopping the flow of traffic can be dangerous too and this must be avoided at all times. May I also remind you that the village hall visitors need to be able to park on the village hall side of the car park too. We realise the situation is not ideal and as always our main concern is the children’s safety.

Science Week:  Monday 29th January – Friday 2nd February

Young Voices Concert at O2 for Class 1 children:  Friday 2nd February

Safer Internet Day: 6th February

Parent Consultation: Wednesday 28th February (As last term there will be a separate appointment for SEN on Monday 26th February)

World Book Day: 1st March (Dress Up Day Theme to be Harry Potter/Hogwarts School of Magic)
