Preston School Uniform Policy
It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in a school- organised event outside of normal school hours. We provide a complete list of the items needed for our school uniform in our school information pack.
Our policy is based on the notion that school uniform:
Jewellery
On health and safety grounds we do not allow children to wear jewellery to school.
The exceptions to this rule are:
We ask the children to remove these objects during PE, games and swimming for health and safety reasons (following KCC guidance). If children are not able to remove their own jewellery then we advise these items to be removed before school.
The school advises parents who wish their children to have their ears pierced to do so at the beginning of the school holidays.
The role of the parents
We ask all parents who send their children to our school to support the school uniform policy. we believe that parents have a duty to send their children to school correctly dressed and ready for their daily schoolwork. One of the responsibilities of parents is to ensure that their child has the correct uniform and that it is clean and in good repair.

PE Kit
Children must come wearing their PE kit on their PE days.
Logo items can be purchased from Price Buckland https://www.pbuniform-online.co.uk/preston but their is no requirement to purchase these.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL CLOTHES, INCLUDING SHOES ARE CLEARLY NAMED- WE DO REGULAR UNIFORM CHECKS.
FOPS collect 2nd hand uniform and regularly sell this at a reduced price. If you would like to donate then just ask at the office.
